I embarked upon “yet another diet” in January of 2015 – but I had a feeling that this would be different. This was nothing to do with faddy shakes or overpriced snack bars or going to a weekly weigh in meeting no….this actually sounded sensible from the off.
The very sensible combination of “proper” food (meat, fish, fruit and veg and other natural produce) and exercise sounded “right” and I could see it working. At the beginning of January this year, I along with 10 other people embarked on a fitness & diet plan cleverly designed by Live Fresh.This was 5 weeks of Eating Clean and up to 4 training sessions per week.
The Eating plan was a walk in the park as Live Fresh actually separated all the meals into Breakfast, lunch, Dinner, even snacks. I collected my food weekly for the whole week which was filled with locally sourced fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious meats & fish along with a menu that even I couldn’t mess up.
As the 5 weeks progressed I worked hard at the Gym and watched as my body shape changed along with my mind set about exercise. And I can honestly say I was never hungry. At the end of 5 weeks I could not of been more pleased, an 11lbs lighter and 3 inches off my hips I was bursting with pride.
