Spinning is a great way of reaching your fitness targets and here are ten top reasons to jump aboard one of our state-of-the-art bikes.
- Burn calories
A spinning class burns calories, as many as 500 in any class. This would be hard to achieve on other cardio equipment and certainly not as fun!
Due to the intensive nature of the exercise Spinning is achieving an anaerobic and cardio workout. The health of your heart will improve due to the endurance and intensity elements whilst breathing and lung capacity will also increase.
- Challenge you
Spin classes are self-regulating. Work as hard as you can, if an instructor spots you taking it easy though there may be consequences!!

Unlike running, or a lot of other aerobic exercises, you aren’t impacting your joints and risking injuries.
