Robbie is one of the amazing instructors at the Stafford branch, he delivers spin classes and fitness PiYo. We thought we’d give you some details on him….
So Robbie, how did you get into fitness? “I’m actually a Development Engineer by profession but after being diagnosed with Cancer just after my 40th birthday I decided to become a part-time Fitness Instructor – a bit of a lifestyle change you might say.
Five years on & I’m qualified in Exercise to Music, Spin (inc watt training), Fitness Yoga, Freestyle Yoga, Advanced Fitness Pilates, First Aid & am also a Reiki Master – I take a multi-factorial approach to health & firmly believe in mind, body & soul.”
Wow, so a real life changing story, what is your approach to your classes? “I’m described as a motivator with a passion for music which I utilise to create a high energy buzz during Spin. I then compliment this with the calm energy of Pilates & Yoga (PiYo) for a complete mind/body workout.”
Sounds amazing, so what is your day-to-day motivation? “Everybody has a story to tell & there are some truly inspiring members here at i-motion, if my story helps to inspire a single person then thats great.”
So what message would you have for anyone looking to come to one of your classes? “Simple, please come & join-in the fun. Peace 🙏🏻☀️”
At i-motion we are passionate about helping our members reach their fitness goals, be sure to check out one of Robbie’s classes and see #WhatYouWillBecome in 2017. Good luckBack to Blog
