very underweight and de-motivated individual; through training I quickly realised a renewed confidence and sense of wellbeing. I gained 30lbs in Lean Weight and went from there, I now hold the British ABPU Powerlifting Federation record for my weight!

Wow, what a story, what is your approach with your clients? “I believe consistency and effort is key, it doesn’t matter if you are trying to lose weight or lift-big, you need to be consistent and step things up to your own progress, personalisation is key.”

So what is your day-to-day motivation? “My journey has taught me what my clients can achieve, my motivation is to help them to realise

their goals and achieve what the mental and physical wellbeing that brings.”
