Rachel’s outlook on fitness is derived from her own experiences, Rachel hasn’t always worked, or practiced, in fitness but now understands how important it is.

As a fully qualified and certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Rachel loves helping people reach their fitness targets and is exceptional at relating to the hurdles and problems that can arise on the fitness journey.
“I see my role is to motivate, support and make training achievable, rewarding and fun. I began my personal fitness journey when I decided that I wanted to become healthier, fitter and improve my overall physical and emotional well-being. Through fitness and a healthy lifestyle I’ve achieved all of the above and so much more than I could have ever imagined, now I want to help others.”
