In September 2016 Kell Roberts started her fitness journey with i-motion Gym. Little did she know that just a year later she would have a whole new outlook on fitness and diet and a 7st 9lb weight loss to show for her dedication.
Kell’s approach to fitness is straightforward:
“I just found classes that I enjoy and train with my new found gym friends. That way I always enjoy gym time whilst being kept motivated. The gym has become a part of my lifestyle I suppose.”
But it wasn’t all fitness for Kell she also learnt a lot about her body along the way.
“I eat clean now and it helps me stay focused. Food is my big Achilles heel but I have treat days and stay disciplined with gym time.”
Like most people Kell had little motivation or knowledge of how to achievehe goals. During her journey she has used the different classes, PT’s and equipment at i-motion to really push herself. Today she is one of the most motivated people to attend the gym with a constant goal on the horizon. Kell’s advice for others is simple:
“Do it for yourself, set out clear goals and keep going. You will be amazed at what you can achieve.”
