I started training with Tasha in Sept 2017 after becoming good friends with her in the gym. I had an understanding she too had been on her own personal weight loss journey.
Not realising just how much weight I’d actually gained, the ‘before’ pictures shocked me. I was 13st 6 at my heaviest and a size 16/18.
I had one training session per week and I loved it that much I increased it to two.
The sessions were cardio and weight based and hard, but Tasha knew I was more than capable so pushed me, way
more than I would have pushed myself in a class or on a treadmill!! The more I noticed the changes to my body shape the harder I pushed myself.
What an amazing, meaningful and worthwhile journey it has been. I’m over 9 months in to my fitness journey and I’ve come to realise once and for all that there is NO QUICK FIX! It’s patience, dedication!
Tasha has dedicated time to not only helping me change my body, but also educating me on the food I eat and my training programme, so I understand what effect they both have on my body. This is where she stands out from the rest. Her knowledge really is invaluable and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what she has done for me.
I’m now at 11st 9lbs and my confidence is through the roof. I ❤ my body! Yes, there, I said it! I cannot thank Tasha enough and I wouldn’t want to share this journey with anyone else!”
