Debbie Parker: My Weight Loss Story

April 5th – May 29th: 5% of body fat lost

7kg of body fat lost in 12 weeks!

Debbie started coming to the gym to do our fitness class ‘Raveacise’ and she loved it so much that she joined and started PT sessions with our awesome PT Tasha.

Debbie never thought she would have the confidence to use the gym without a PT but now she comes and smashes her sessions alone! Her confidence has grown and continues to grow each and every day she attends i-Motion.

“I have worked with Debbie since September. We started with a 2-day weight program split and once we had built confidence we changed it to a 3-day split with Debbie doing 1 day alone. She has worked so hard done everything I’ve asked her and the results are just amazing. These photos are only 12 weeks apart imagine what we can do in 6 months.”

We all have to start somewhere, whether it’s taking part in a fitness class or starting off with a PT to make you feel more comfortable, we are so proud of all of our members and love to hear success stories.

As a community our gym has everyone from novices to championship weightlifters. We all support each other and, with our range of facilities and equipment, there is a way for everyone to get fit. If you’ve got your own please share with us.
