I have always been a very physical and active person. Throughout my education I was always interested in sports. All throughout school I played various sports such as football badminton squash and rugby. I especially had a lot of passion towards football and badminton. I would also describe myself as being a keen runner, I enjoy participating in long distance runs and I have recently taken part in the Stafford 10k. Also throughout the future I want to continue participating in events and pushing for personal bests each time. I find that the most challenging of activities are also the most rewarding when it requires dedication to train.
At the age of 17 I found my passion for working out at home. Through these home workouts I was able to achieve physical goals and psychological goals I had set for myself. I discovered the benefits and advantages of living a healthy lifestyle. From this I developed an interest in the nutritional side and the importance of living a heathier lifestyle. At the age of 19 I started university in London, I decided upon joining the gym and focusing on becoming healthier. With the goals of improving my physical strength and my overall aesthetic look. Whilst at the gym I used to train with friends and this is where I first discovered my passion for helping and assisting others in the gym, this is what motivated me to become a personal trainer.
When I returned from University I realised I had the ambition to become a personal trainer and work in the fitness industry. When I came to I-Motion Stafford, I realised I had the opportunity to become a personal trainer and it was here I completed my personal training course with Andy Pritchard Fitness Academy and was awarded a Level 3 Diploma in Fitness instructing and Personal Training qualification.
I have been working at I-Motion gym as a PT throughout 2018 and I aspire to further my fitness knowledge through achieving new qualifications and gaining extra experience through gym classes I am a very driven and motivated individual in everything that I do, I also apply this methodology when it comes to my clients and them achieving their overall fitness goals. I can help clients of all ages and genders. No matter what your goals are: whether it be reducing body fat percentage, building muscle and strength or improving your overall cardio vascular fitness, nutrition goals or general fitness – we will get there together!
