LBT™ Legs, bums and tums. Annoyingly stubborn, and notoriously difficult to tighten up on your own – so we’ll help you tackle all three in one session. We’re just that good.

Pilates

Pilates™ Challenge the body and calm the mind. Improve your posture, strengthen your muscles and release stress. One of our most popular classes, our Pilates class comes particularly recommended for bad back sufferers and those looking to take things at a more leisurely pace.

Military Fit

Military Fit™ A good all-round and regimented workout covering cardio and strength training. Full Metal Jacket, this isn’t – classes are broken down into beginner, intermediate and advanced levels, and even then we work to the actual ability of the group.

Zumba

Zumba™ By popular demand, the dance fitness class that’s been sweeping the nation for years and years. Salsa, samba and hip hop moves are all fair game, as is martial arts. It’s fun, friendly and doesn’t take itself too seriously – you won’t even realise you’re working out!

20/20

20/20™ 20 minutes of strength training, 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of toning. That’s the format, but not necessarily the order you’ll find yourself doing them in. Simple, effective and, of course, varied – a great all-round fitness option.

Strength Camp

Strength Camp™ Improving strength in all of its forms is the name of the game here. We’ve got form, physical and mental strength all covered here. It’s not easy, but we won’t you throw in at the deep end – plus you’ll be pleasantly surprised by just how supportive your classmates are.

Metafit (£)

Metafit™ “It’s tough, but that’s why it works”, or so they say. Metafit is a 30 minute, non-choreographed high-intensity interval training bodyweight-only workout. We wish there was a shorter way of describing it but that really tells you all you need to know!

Body Combat

Body Combat™ A high energy, martial arts-like non contact workout mixing moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai, kung fu and capoeira. Work on your coordination and relieve a bit of stress along the way. No experience necessary.

Body Pump

Les Mills RPM™ Ride to the rhythm and tackle tough terrain with the latest LES MILLS™ music and choreography. Your coach will lead you through hills, peaks and flats with plenty of time trials and milestones to keep things interesting as you go.

Ripped Plyo

Ripped Plyo™ Resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance, in case you were wondering. It’s a lot easier to describe it like this, though: “a pre-choreographed athletic workout set to music that includes weights, cardio and kickboxing”. Sound like it might be up your street? Tabatacise™ High-intensity interval training, but a little less intense. Instead of going all out for minutes and minutes at a time, you go all out for 20 seconds and recover for 10 – eight times in a row. That’s one ‘tabata’, and you’ll do five in a single session. It’s exhausting, trust us!
